By accessing our website, enrolling in AIBootcamp PK, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and customers of AIBootcamp PK.

Any income figures or success stories mentioned in our ads or website are examples of individual results and are not typical or guaranteed
Individual results will vary based on work ethic, skills, market conditions, experience, and other factors outside our control
This is an educational program, not a "get-rich-quick" scheme. Success requires consistent effort, learning, and application
Past results of any student or instructor do not guarantee future results for any individual
We do not guarantee employment, freelance contracts, or any specific financial outcome

3 Program Description

AIBootcamp PK is an online educational bootcamp that teaches:

Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
Freelancing strategies for the Pakistani market and international platforms
Video creation, content marketing, and digital advertising basics
Business and client acquisition skills

Course content is delivered via recorded videos, live sessions, and a private community (Skool platform). Access details are provided after enrollment confirmation.

4 Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is complete only after payment is confirmed and access is manually granted
Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer (Meezan/HBL/UBL)
We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
All sales are final unless the refund policy below applies

5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access granted upon enrollment:

No refunds are offered once course access has been granted, except in the following cases:
Technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the content for more than 7 days
Duplicate payment due to a processing error

To request a refund for an eligible case, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of payment with your transaction reference. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

6 Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, scripts, worksheets, templates, and written materials, is the exclusive property of AIBootcamp PK and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning purposes only
You may not share, copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content
Recording live sessions without explicit written permission is prohibited
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund

7 Community Conduct

Access to our private community (Skool or equivalent platform) is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove any student from the community for:

Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward instructors or other students
Sharing unauthorized content or spam
Attempting to sell competing products or services within the community
Any conduct deemed harmful to the community environment

Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIBootcamp PK and its operators shall not be liable for any:

Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our content or tools
Decisions made based on information provided in the bootcamp
Third-party platform outages (Skool, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the bootcamp enrollment.

9 Advertising Disclosure

AIBootcamp PK runs paid advertisements on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Our ads may include:

Income or results claims that are examples of individual outcomes and are not typical
Testimonials from real students who represent exceptional, not average, results
Promotional pricing that may be time-limited

All advertising is conducted in compliance with Google Ads policies, Meta Advertising Standards, and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe any of our advertising is misleading, please contact us immediately.

10 Third-Party Platforms & Tools

The bootcamp teaches the use of third-party AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Fiverr, Upwork). We have no affiliation with these platforms unless stated, and we are not responsible for:

Changes to their pricing, terms, or availability
Any account bans or suspensions on those platforms
Results obtained from using those tools independently

11 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Pakistan.
